Now Hiring - AllState Sales Group, Inc. - Inside Sales Representative in Hammond, IN

Immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative in the Chicago area. We are working with a Distributor looking for someone to grow market share by calling on all types of commercial accounts/facilities. Position is open due to growth and expansion!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and promotion of company's complete product line
• Develop strong relationships, generate new leads, resolve customer issues and support marketing initiative
• Assist Outside Account Manager's to maximize and deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide quotes to customers based on technical product specifications
• Field customer phone calls and communicate with customers to meet their needs
• Work with vendors and manufacturing partners to grow relationships and learn when new products and technology are available
• Review daily reports to ensure backorders are filled in a timely manner
• Closing sales both directly with customer's and alongside the Outside Sales team
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment within the building materials or construction space is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• At least two years of sales experience
• Must have strong customer service experience
