We are looking for career minded customer service & sales professionals for lead generation and sales to join our locally based organization. Located conveniently off 390 in Greece, we have been a family owned and operated business since 1992 and are a national leader in the diamond wholesale industry.

What We Do:

We work with independent jewelers across the country and supply them with a variety of ethically sourced diamonds. In our industry we work to build relationships and rapport with our clients to better understand and help their business. Our employees become long term account managers for our jewelers and are the main contact point at RDI Diamonds®.

Who You Are:

If you’re right for us, you’ll have superb verbal/written communication skills and will be a conversation architect with our clients. You’ll be dynamic & persuasive with new prospects in every form of long-distance contact, and will be a committed team player and a creative problem solver.
You must be dedicated to learning and growth and be willing and able to learn about our product and about the diamond industry. A strong background in lead generation, sales, and/or account management/client services experience is a plus but is not required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Make strategic outbound calls and send emails to generate new leads and sales
• Build new client base and maintain your own account portfolio
• Learn about diamonds and the diamond industry as well as the needs of the independent jeweler, and look for ways to make RDI a valuable resource for them.
• Access and navigate internal inventory systems
• Handle incoming requests from existing clients and work with internal resources to identify the best possible options to suit their needs
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records
• Handle all client concerns efficiently and effectively
• Contact existing retail clients to make them aware of special offers and to remind them about RDI products and services
• Use computer and phone system for communicating and ordering
