This position is located at our St Louis, located at 12519-A Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur, MO 63141

Base salary starts at $55,000 depending on experience. Monthly Bonus for this position is expected to be at least $5-8,000 additional per month!!

In this position you will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
Sales and Results

• Coaching and Developing Staff
• Marketing & Cultivating Clientele
• Planning & Executing Events
• Performing Consultations
• Scheduling Clients & Staff
• Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team

To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:

• Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Two or more years managing a successful sales team
