We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities and Duties

This is an in-office position with the majority of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. The focus on this role is outbound calling to follow up on various leads.

• Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists
• Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM
• Provide exceptional customer service

Compensation
$60,000 - $85,000 yearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
