Job Title: Senior Account Executive (AE)
Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company's current customer base, and developing and maintaining professional selling skills. Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote and sell appropriate products and services.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Account Executive
- Generate new sales leads and manage and grow existing accounts
- Meets organizational sales goals provided by management
- Sells additional services to clients
- Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
- Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
- Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products and handles queries when needed
- Create quotes, and implement the company’s pricing structure, promotions, and negotiations
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business and make regular calls out to potential prospects to coordinate sales efforts for the organizations business shows as advised by management
- Provides customer service to business partners
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers in an effective and timely manner
Senior Account Executive (in addition to AE responsibilities)
- Showing proficiency in creating quotes, and implementing the company’s pricing structure, promotions, and negotiations
- Must demonstrate an ability to grow accounts and expand Fusion Digital’s reach within the current accounts
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases
- Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
- Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
- Drives sales directives and initiatives given by sales management
Minimum Qualifications and Abilities:

Account Executive:
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent persuasion skills
- Service orientated
Senior Account Executive (in addition to AE):
- Minimum of 4-5 years of sales related experience in a Technology, IT or AV related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives independently
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel across the region
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
