Amo Realty is a real estate brokerage that services all of Massachusetts. We have offices throughout the state. We're currently planning to hire a small group of real estate agents to join our team in 2023.

Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, was founded in 2007. BCP is a leader in the Boston real estate market.

We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sales leads to our agents and help everyone stay fully booked along the front lines of the busy Massachusetts real estate market.

There are options to take Boston, Central MA, South Shore, North Shore or MetroWest clients.

There's also an option to take on rental leads however it makes the most sense to focus on sales. We also provide commercial real estate clients to our agents.

We offer extremely high splits, including a 95% split at the 3 year mark at Amo Realty.

We're mainly looking for experienced agents that have sold at least a few properties in the calendar year prior to joining Amo Realty.
