Now Hiring - Retail Sales Associate in San Bernardino, CA

We are looking for a results driven retail store associate to be responsible for being the front line of one of the largest leading legal cannabis companies in Southern California. The perfect candidate will have OPEN availability, be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and maintain a safe retail facility. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail, inventory, cannabis, reception, and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through efficient and knowledgeable customer service practices.
• Complete ongoing training to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Reception duties.
• Provide innovative feedback on ways to improve operations
• Clean and sanitize facility to ensure a safe customer experience
• Work cohesively with other team members to ensure daily operations are being completed efficiently
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
