About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, close new deals, and manage team accounts in a technology-related market space. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
• Manage all team accounts and provide customer service through chat, calls, refunds, billing, and onboarding
• Build a support process to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Minimize onboarding friction for new team accounts
• Recommend potential products or services to meet customer needs
• Manage a high volume of calls/chats, generate sales leads, and maintain detailed records
• Identify individual needs, build trust, and provide accurate information to engage customers
• Sell products and services as needed
• Work collaboratively with marketing and community teams

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, and account management in a technology-related market space
• Excellent communication skills
