We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated EYEWEAR SALES SPECIALISTin our eyewear boutique located on the Rochester NY. You will be responsible for driving store’s revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests.

General Responsibilities:

• Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs
• Providing optimum customer service
• Explaining products and services to our customers
• Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Maintain daily store operations

Qualifications: OPTICAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
