As an Arrow Staffing Account Manager, you will partner with clients to provide workforce solutions to drive business results.

The successful Account Manager will:

• Secure new business in the areas of clerical, manufacturing and light industrial.
• Proactively search for new business with staffing service temporary or direct hire needs.
• Build relationships to secure vendor of choice
• Drive client loyalty
• Design customized solutions
• Meet Key Performance Indicators and Sales Metrics
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Drive growth and profitability in an assigned territory
• Represent Arrow Staffing in the community.
  

Requirements:

• 2 years business to business sales in a service industry preferred but not necessary
• 2 years temporary or direct hire staffing experience preferred
• Daily travel within an assigned territory
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft office
