M&A Motors is looking for an energetic, sales/customer service team player to join our business development team. We want passionate individuals who are committed to the work they do and care deeply about the team they work with.
*This is a Full-Time position with an opportunity to earn bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and contacting customers
- Drive new and previous customers into the dealership by building relationships
- Ability to manage several customers per month
- Attention to detail and constantly following up with current and previous customers
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as a product advisor for the customer
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
Automotive experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates with strong people skills, sales/customer service background, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Outgoing personality and demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
- Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills with an attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including typing, internet navigation and ability to multi-task
- Must be a self-starter, team player and have a positive attitude - High Energy
- A willingness to learn is a must!
- 70+ inbound or outbound calls per day
- 70+ outbound emails per day
- Must have Valid Driver License and Clean Driving Record
