We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in West Henrietta, NY!

In this role, you will be primarily working on our Timing Products and our GNSS Simulation Products.
The Position:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll focus on lead qualification/follow-up, managing opportunities in our CRM, and ensure the customer experience results in follow-on orders. You'll support the overall needs of the sales department, including special projects as needed. In this role, you'll also have a proportion of personal sales targets in addition to channel performance targets.
The Day to Day:
- You'll work closely with our Sales Managers to manage customers and channel partners throughout the pre-sale and post-sale cycle.
- You'll act as the main point of contact in supporting the RSM's with pre-sales RFQ functions, and post-sale PO acceptance. You'll complete required customer documentation, working with our Contract and Quality Team to ensure customer acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
- You'll have a strong customer focus with provide timely and accurate quotes generated in our CRM to customer and channel partners. You'll follow up once the quote has expired to ensure reporting is accurate and aged opportunities are dispositioned appropriately.
- You will convert leads generated by our Marketing team to opportunities for an assigned area (territory, market or product). You'll ensure all leads and opportunities created are followed, monitored and closed when complete.
What you Bring to Orolia:
- BS Degree in Business or relevant technical field. Military or technical training in lieu of BS Degree is acceptable.
- 3-5 years' experience with sales and customer support. Experience with technical products sold or supported in B2B or B2G markets a plus!
- Basic understanding of internal and customer contracts to include statements of work, purchasing guidelines, quality documentation, etc.
- Experience with lead qualification, closing, negotiation, information acquisition, positioning, and account management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with in person and remote teams and the ability to have fun!
