JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This position will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. As the Community Sales and Marketing Specialist, you are the heart of our community, bringing people and homes together. We are looking for a multitalented, personable individual with sales expertise and a passion for building relationships. As a St. Andrew’s Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will walk side by side with customers, developing relationships and inspiring trust as residents make our community their home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
