Full description of the position

• Understands and supports the company’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
• Answers and directs inbound telephone calls to the appropriate person
• Handles existing business inquiries via website or phone.
• Contacts dead accounts via phone and email to regain business
• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and identifies areas to prospectively upsell to current customers.
• Processes customer information in Sage 50 and Salesforce in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
• Processes and submits news leads and other documentation to appropriate staff as required.
• Attends trade shows annually.
• Assist with daily administration and office maintenance
• Performs all duties according to quality system standards and documented company procedure.
• Works on special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
