Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is seeking Customer Care Associate team members for our expanding business. We are a progressive, customer-focused automotive retailer located in Manassas, Virginia.

As a Customer Care Associate you will be responsible for ensuring all service customers receive prompt responses to Internet and telephone inquiries. Those efforts will primarily focus on assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, following up with previous customer visits, and contacting customers with outstanding safety recalls and lapsed vehicle service

Roles and Responsibilities

· Answer high volume incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments;

Initiate outbound communication regarding service needs and available offers in order to establish service appointments;

Follow-up communication after service appointments to confirm customer satisfaction

Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate;

Identify and escalate priority issues;

Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Excellent communications skills – comfortable making & taking phone calls as a main responsibility;

Experience in call center or customer service environment;

Good data entry and typing skills

· Demonstrated track record of stability and a strong desire to be successful;

· Must pass drug screen and background check;

Compensation

· Compensation based on hourly rate of $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience
