2. Job Position

Agricultural Sales Associate
Job Description

BSR USA is currently seeking sales and marketing assistant or manager who can timely communicate local partners such as agro-related universities, growers, and companies on a daily basis. You will play an active role to contact local growers to introduce agricultural products and provide consultation service by maintaining and developing relationship with them. You will also cooperate with the faculty member of UC Davis to discuss our agricultural products.

Day to day work for general management of BSR USA office, assistance for BSR GROUP as local agent for B2G/B2B global marketing and consulting tasks.

- Keeping strong contacts with local growers, retailers, and UC Davis staff.
- Performing sales and marketing of agricultural products towards potential buyers and vendors in California, USA.
- Assisting consultation service such as fermentation and distributing / educating growers how to ferment and apply to crops.
- Assisting various projects of BSR GROUP related to B2B/B2G global marketing and procurement.

Agricultural Sales Associate
Job Requirements

This position is suited to a self-motivated and passionate person who can confidently work with a variety of people in agriculture-related area. Ability to be a self-starter with strong sales and marketing skills including attention to detail and follow-through. Goal-getter and highly motivated in achieving concrete results effectively.

• Agricultural studies or experience is required
• Sales and marketing experience is recommended
• Must be bilingual - English (Fluent) & Korean (Basic)

Ability to (1) establish and maintain effective work relationships and interact effectively with others (2) overcome internal and external procedural challenges by offering solutions that lead to client satisfaction
Must be a flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitudes and appearance
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook, show respect for and cooperate at all times with those for whom and with whom you work; report to work as scheduled and on time.

3. Working Condition

• Salary : $35,000 - $40,000 per year
• Term of Contract : 12 months (renewal available)
• Insurance : No
