Catering and Group Sales Coordinator

Job Brief: Well organized office staff to initiate inside sales calls and support outside sales. The person in the position will become the point of reference for all Group and Catering sales, including schools, churches, corporate, family reunions, camps, and others.

Job Responsibilities

This job entails managing the spectrum of catered sales events: calling customers, creating sales agreements, coordinating printing and disbursement of tickets, developing weekly internal calendars, billing after the event and providing follow up after the event.

• Calls past customers to book picnic or group outing
• Prints and mails tickets, documenting applicable information
• Maintains yearly calendar on EXCEL for all groups and Catering
• Promptly responds to all phone calls within 24 hours
• Creates Catering agreement for each customer and ensures accuracy
• Develops weekly spreadsheet of events for Catering Director
• Counts and records number of attendees by group
• Handles any special requests by customer
• Works with Group Gate as needed to process groups
• Works with Bookkeeper as needed for pre-billing groups
