We are looking for an experienced, market-savvy business development professional to join our team. As a Business Development Representative you will be developing promotional strategies and executing sales campaigns for our clients and prospects. Ideally, you will have prior experience in the sales industry, with proven success in generating new business through individual prospecting. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about business development and be able to work independently, as well as engage effectively with colleagues and clients.

In search of highly motivated sales individuals to develop leads for solar presentations. Individuals must utilize different technologies, scripts, training etc. to perform daily tasks such as appointment setting. Door knocking experience or other sales experience is preferred.

You will work with a highly collaborative team and a highly successful work environment. Make money selling solar all while saving clients money on their electric bill and saving the environment. Develop skills, make money, earn trips and become highly successful in a multi-billion dollar industry that is rapidly growing and in high demand.

Strong interpersonal skills is a must. Looking for individuals who have motivation and drive. Who are team players. A lot of opportunities for advancement and raises within such as team lead, closers and other senior positions. 3rd Degree Solar wants everyone to be very successful and to make a lot of money.

Canvassers Must:

• Own and operate a vehicle in St. Louis MO
• Be in physical condition to walk
• Have a iPhone or other smartphone

Qualifications:

• Background in sales is preferred
• Demonstrate consistents in sales quota
• Competent in using CRMs, Email, other softwares
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and determined

Pay: $29,217.03 - $70,448.10 per year
