Job Description

Amini's in Oklahoma City, OK. is looking to add a dependable, hard-working, well-spoken individual who is highly motivated to join our top-notch sales professional team! This team member will be responsible for the sales of home game furnishing such as pinball, pool tables, shuffleboard tables, arcade games, and more! This sales professional with management experience would be responsible for the selling of our top-of-the-line furnishings, being a top-notch customer service expert, highly motivated, and driven to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Job Requirements and Abilities

This highly sought-after position requires a high level of energy and confidence within yourself, our company and the products we sell. Additional requirements include:

• Must have furniture retail sales experience or in a related retail sales field.
• Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
• Strong customer service skills
• A go-getter attitude and positive personality
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Perform a powerful Features, Advantages, and Benefits presentation of products and demonstrate effectively
• Be organized and neat
• Goal-Oriented with the desire to excel and succeed
• Will self-motivate and be a team player
• Strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a cheerful and professional manner
• Maintain an exceptionally high level of product knowledge
• Effective closing skills
• Produce clear and precise customer paperwork
• Follow up via email, phone calls, text, or handwritten cards
• Provide a 5-Star Experience for every customer, every time
• Maintain a clean showroom and workspace
• Take on other tasks assigned by management
• Meet and exceed all sales goals set by Amini’s

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
