Security Operations Project Manager - Retail Sales & Services Summary:

Metro One is seeking an experienced and professional Security Operations Project Manager - Retail Sales & Services to join our team. The Project Manager will work directly with Ownership and Senior Leadership. The project manager will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation and delivery for every project. This position will play a key role in ensuring the organization’s ongoing and future projects are executed on-time and within budget and scope. Potential projects include: Kronos implementation and rollouts, location and cost of leasing branch offices, startups/new client rollouts, controlling of costs, KPI tracking, etc. This position will provide the right person with promotion potential in line with company performance and growth.

Security Operations Project Manager - Retail Sales & Services Requirements:

• College degree in business/project management or related field preferred, not required
• 5+ years of project management and related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

Security Operations Project Manager - Retail Sales & Services Qualifications

• Ability to complete projects according to established scope, budget and timeline
• Strong familiarity working with project management software tools and best practices
• Proven experience working as a manager on sophisticated projects on a corporate level

Security Operations Project Manager - Retail Sales & Services Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are completed within the allocated time and set budget
• Develop a specific project plan with a detailed plan of action
• Measure project performance in terms of spending, cost, time, benefits, return
• Minimize project risks by performing proper risk management
• Ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources
• Make changes to project schedule, scope and costs as needed
• Travel based on the needs of the business
