Print Products Manager / Sales Representative in Bentonville, AR
Walmart Print Solutions is seeking a successful, driven individual to join our team as a Print Products Manager / Sales Representative for digital and offset printing in Bentonville, Arkansas. The position is an individual contributor role, responsible for strategically partnering with new customers and encouraging repeat print business while ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.
Responsibilities – As a print industry expert, you will:
- Focus on providing a business-friendly experience and exceptional customer service
- Identify and develop new customers anywhere in the US while offering commercial print solutions, by face-to-face and cold call prospecting, as well as the use of email, LinkedIn, and other contemporary methods
- Maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients for repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Focus on results and maintain a strong work ethic
- Communicate critical information and/or any issues relating to development deliverables to all key stakeholders on a timely basis
- Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling our own success in our business growth
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented with a professional presentation ability
- Collaborate with production group to achieve quality and on-time goals
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans
- Develop a deep understanding of possible products, including paper types, sizes, production windows, and varied industry print streams
- Continue to develop knowledge and skills within the print industry
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in print production sales and/or customer service field
- Excellent professional written and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

- A proven self-starter with the drive and initiative to develop new business
- Comfortable/effective at making sales cold calls
- Positive, outgoing, professional personal presentation
- Able to cultivate relationships, establish rapport, and develop credibility with customers and co-workers

- Ability to communicate effectively with a large and diverse client base, sales, and leadership, both internally and externally
