Description:

RDI Diamonds is a family-owned and operated company entering its 30th year in the jewelry industry. We work with independent jewelers across the country, supplying them with jewelry-related goods and services. RDI Diamond's primary focus has always been on building client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing the support necessary to help them thrive and grow.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Master the ability to build partnerships and rapport with Retailers across the United States.
• Align RDI's solutions with prospective business objectives & needs
• Proactively keep in tune with the developments of our industry and the landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
• Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily.
• Acquire critical prospect data from the initial conversation, the web, and other sources.
• Achieve or exceed monthly goals of qualified sales and deals closed

What You Should Have:

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or Equivalent
