LPK Chrysler Dodge Keep RAM of Defiance is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a General Sales Manager. We are known for our strong commitment to customer service, loyalty to employees, and a culture based upon professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
  • Manage all showroom activities for a large sales team
  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals
  • Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all new/used vehicle sales employees
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings
  • Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
  • Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions
  • Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring a CRM system
  • Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of success in High Volume at our Automotive Franchise
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Commitment to growing the manufacturer’s Certified Pre Owned Program
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
  • Deep understanding of new car sales operations
  • Previous Nissan experience preferred
  • Experience with DealerTrack, ADP, VinSolutions, and/or Vauto a plus
  • Steady work history

Our dealership is seeking a motivated Sales Manager who can assist clients in making informed vehicle-related purchase decisions. The successful candidate will be able to converse with clients in a professional manner and utilize their natural charisma to establish rapport. The Car Sales Executive will also be required to educate potential customers about the company's finance options.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate prices with customers.
  • Help customers choose the right car for them.
  • Present cars to customers.
  • Work in an automotive dealership.
  • Drive a car on a test drive with a potential customer.
  • Advise seniors about the value of their automobile.
  • Unload cars from delivery trucks.
  • Arrange for cars to be serviced.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
