We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia! The Account Executive will have the opportunity to work remotely but will be required to travel to client sites frequently in Richmond, Virginia. As a Account Executive for Fabling Built, you will be responsible for generating new leads, attending to assigned leads, and intentionally leading customers through our pre-qualification and sales process. This role will attend all appointments that are scheduled, submit detailed written proposals in a timely manner, and properly prepare projects for the Production Team. The Account Executive will work closely with others in the Sales Department, suppliers, trade partners, and Project Managers, to ensure that the jobs are set up to be run profitably.

• Generate your own leads through your own network and take office-generated leads.
• Validate and maintain all client information and interactions in the CRM and project management software.
• Prepare detailed estimate and proposals for clients in a timely manner, to include selections, scope of work, and accurate budgets to meet company profit goals.
• Work with the drafting team, engineers, project managers and clients to help develop a design for the renovation.
• Follow Fabling Built process and procedures to meet set goals, KPI's and strategy criteria.
• Attend pre-job onboarding and onboarding walkthrough with Project Manager and client.
• Prepare deposit invoice and receive initial payment for new projects.
• Prepare Change Orders for projects as needed.
• Maintain open availability for homeowner communication through emails/calls/CRM/project management software.
• Attend marketing and networking events.
• Ensure that all trainings that are required to receive leads are complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in residential remodeling, construction, or related field required
• Energetic, Self-Driven, Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or another similar software
