Carson Masonry & Steel Supply is now hiring for the following full-time position.

INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

The successful applicant will be a self-starter, well organized, able to multitask, present a professional appearance, great attitude and be willing to provide outstanding customer service.

Position consists of assisting contractors and retail customers with selecting products for their commercial and residential projects, answering multiline phones, inventory data entry, purchasing and receiving, as well as other Sales Office duties.

Current Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm / Saturday 9:00 am -1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and all major Holidays.

Valid driver's license is required. Must have reliable transportation.

Hourly wage may be based on experience. Computer experience is a plus. Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus. Experience with building materials, construction, customer service is also a plus.

Job Duties:

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to and resolving their concerns

• Answer incoming customer inquiries in person and over the phone
