Now Hiring - American Metals Supply - Retail Sales Inside Sales Representative in Hazelwood, MO

We are looking to add an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to our growing team!

This position will be based at our Hazelwood, MO location. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. No nights, no weekends.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with phone and will-call sales of HVAC parts and supplies - NO COLD CALLING
• Receive requests via phone, fax and email for quotations, orders, and lead times
• Follow up with customers on pricing inquiries
• Contact manufacturers for current lead time information and customer delivery requirements
• Assist outside sales for requests for customer related needs when required
• Educate customers on technology, features, and benefits to improve customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
• Aptitude to successfully sell products and deliver stellar customer service
• Solid interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated and ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Interact effectively at multiple levels
• Maintain high integrity and professionalism

Skills That are a Plus:

• Epicor Eclipse/Solar experience
• HVAC product experience
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365
