I DJ NOW is seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Sales Representative to support existing customers and begin relationships with new customers from all across the country.

We're looking for a unique individual with a passion for music, gear and building relationships. We seek a person who enjoys helping others, educating and offering recommendations to properly fit the clients needs.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone interested in a fun, fast-paced, and challenging sales environment. Make contributions immediately while developing the skills and knowledge to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via telephone, chat, text and email
• Provide information and product recommendations to customers
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales (both B2B and B2C sales)
• Build a group of repeat customers
• Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources
• Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale
• Enter orders containing customer, product, pricing and payment info
• Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish & English speaking
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales position
• Knowledgeable in Pro Audio, DJ, Lighting and Recording/Studio gear
• Excellent self management and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
