Sales Canvasser

Renewal by Andersen is a window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporate, a company that has revolutionize window and door business for more than 110 years. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation to listen to customer's needs. We then make custom, energy efficient composite and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest replacement window company in the country.

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, competitive individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys talking to people to add to our retail team in St. Louis. Are you trustworthy, outgoing, can problem solve, and think on their feet? If so, this role is for you.

Your responsibility is not to sell anything; you simply go door to door and find customer interested in meeting with a Design Consultant. A career as a sales canvasser requires you have basic sales experience, effective communication skills, and an outgoing personality. You will excel if you are polite and respectful of customers' needs.

Essential Duties:

• Door to Door relationship building to promote our products.
• Approaching and talking to people in malls, stores and telling them about our products
• Acquire customers contact information to be contacted by our Design Consultant

Expectations:

• Have dependable transportation
• Must be initiative-taking and determined
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Comfortable being outside all day
• Must be able to work some weekends

*This role can also be part time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
