We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Parts Counter Salesperson. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer multi-line phone system, assist walk-in customers as well as technicians with parts purchases or information requests
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
• Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
• Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary
• Provide parts to customers from stock, procuring locally, or creating a parts order as directed
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, Wednesday- Saturday 12:30 PM- 11:30 PM, hourly-based pay position.

• Must have at least one year of verifiable employment
• Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Must have parts experience, preferably in heavy duty truck market
• Experience in Customer Service
• Communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.72 - $34.54 per hour
