We are hiring people who can step into a stressful situation and manage it start-to-finish with a trustworthy character. Successful candidates interact with commercial building owners daily and build their pipeline through referrals.

With commercial roof estimating being a focus of this opportunity, candidates should have experience in most of the following commercial roof estimating products:

TPO/PVC/KEE Membrane Roofing Systems

Modified Bitumen Membrane Roofing Systems

Liquid Applied Restoration and Coating Systems, including acrylic, silicone, PMMA, and

Metal Roofing Systems, including standing seam and restoration products.

Technology Utilized:

Tesla Model 3 company vehicle

Digital sales pitch deck

Estimating at the palm of your hands with our company owned CRM

Roof Drawings provided by in office estimators using satellite imagery

Duties:

Increases sales

Takes calls, responds to emails and interfaces with clients

Keep log of all leads/updates in CRM

Helps client get what they deserve, the best

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the team members

Handle follow up procedures for pending leads

Updates Company CRM system based on communication with customers and inside team

Supports the money collection process

Reviews and approve contracts, including all elements required for job approval

Helps with closing procedures including warranties, letters of completion and thank you gifts as needed

Assist project manager with requests/needs while they are in the field

Helps customers before during and after projects are completed

Coordinates contract changes with the Estimating Department

Attends company events, fairs and trade shows as assigned.
