Our products help some of the world’s largest insurance carriers to maximize revenue at scale while ensuring compliance.

ReleasePoint is in search of an Account Executive, who plays a fundamental role in achieving new client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The incumbent will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, in-person, etc. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities and provide input based on the interactions with prospects.

Essential Functions

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to progress the sales process
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust, loyalty, and understand their needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to sales department for further development and closure
• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to prospects
• Collaborate with Marketing and/or Sales to determine sales approaches
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Requirements

• Excellent oral/written communication and social skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the U.S. and abroad as necessary
• Strong computer, internet, and mobile device skills

Required Education and Experience

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 2-3 years of direct work experience in sales
• Experience in life/health insurance related field or other medical environment is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
