We are seeking a Sales Representative to grow our retail department. At Diamond, Inc. Marketing enhancing the customer experience to build customer loyalty is the primary focus of all our campaigns. Responsibilities:

· Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge

Maintain a great attitude and be a good team player.

· Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in retail or customer service

· Deadline and results-oriented

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
