Full description of the position

Account Executive – Channel Partner Sales

The Account Executive will qualify sales leads, set appointments, and track sales processes. The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of an Account Executive, including business acumen, driving for results, delivering results, customer focus, reliance, influencing and persuading, negotiation, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, develop, and grow channel partner relationships as well as grow existing customer relationships at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Align with channel partners to identify, qualify, and quantify all opportunities within an assigned region
  • Lead sales efforts, deliver on set objectives, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales presentations to potential partners and their customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
  • Relevant experience selling into partner organizations and Fortune 1000 companies through networks and contacts
  • Private Equity or Supply Chain industry experience preferred
  • Effective interpersonal skills, relationship-building skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM or ATS platform
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
