Aeron Lifestyle Technology, a leading manufacturer of innovative air-care devices and related lifestyle products, has an immediate opening for a highly organized, high-energy Account Manager. Candidate must possess excellent negotiating skills, be highly motivated, and have strong presentation and prospecting skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Successful track record in B2B sales with an emphasis in retail and distributor account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Strong persuasive sales ability and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
• Advanced skills using Microsoft 365 Office Suite and a CRM platform
• Understanding of general business financials, solid analytical skills, and acute attention to detail
• Strong team-orientation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Place AERON house brand products with medium to large domestic retailers.
• Create and make effective sales communications and presentations to prospective retailers and distributors
• Work with existing customers to create programs and grow existing accounts
• Work closely with retailers to ensure best distribution and in-store execution of pricing, display, and assortment of products.
• Work closely with the Brand Development team to understand best approach in communicating brand value.
• Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads.
