We're looking for a Customer Service Representative for Inbound Sales.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Previous work experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
• Possess minimum High School Diploma or its equivalent qualification
• Strong customer service skills to effectively relate daily with customers
• Strong ability to book appointments for customers over the phone
• Strong self-confidence to improve meeting sales goals
• Effective communication skills to be able to retain and pass product and service information to customers, and develop strong relationships with customers from different backgrounds; develop behaviors and expectations.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively without being overwhelmed
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Possess strong administrative, data entry and computer skills.

The right candidate is required to possess:

• Proven sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with computer functionality
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Flexible schedule
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment to include valid and clean driving record, successful background check and drug screening
