Sales Manager / Desk Manager Qualifications:

• Solid experience desking SUBPRIME auto finance deals. The bulk of our prime business is repeat customers that used to have credit challenges so SUBPRIME experience is a MUST.
• Strong moral code. We live by a specific set of core values. We won’t Lie, Cheat, or Steal. We don’t break the rules. We won’t ever hurt our customers, or our finance company relationships.
• Able to run in a fast paced, high energy, and fun environment.
• Career oriented
• Strong computer skills
