Are you currently a licensed Florida Real Estate professional or thinking about getting your Real Estate license ? Compensation plan: Above the average market rate commission plans for full-time or part-time agents.

Description of Duties:

• List property for sale by cultivating leads; recommending improvements that will enhance salability; doing market research to set a selling price; preparing listing documents.
• Develop buyers by a multitude of different means, many of which we will help you cultivate; meeting potential buyers in various activities; greeting walk-in customers; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries.
• Close sales by understanding buyers' needs; matching needs to available listings; showing properties; preparing offers; conveying offers to other Realtors.
• Visiting available properties for sale; participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
