Core responsibilities for an inside Sales Representative at SJA Solutions:
An inside Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through accounts to engage with potential clients. They work closely with the other members of our sales team to push opportunities to closed deals. To do so, the Inside Sales Rep will:
- Use omnichannel means (phone, email, social media, video, etc.) to contact individuals and businesses to drive new client acquisition.
- Develop an understanding of client's business issues and how to articualte SJA's value proposition.
- Maintaining documentation on prospecting efforts.
- Improve sales skills and knowledge to advance career progression. We will do training every day to improve our skills and knowledge.
Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of work experience, with at least 3 months of BDR experience. We are looking for candidates who:
- Can commit to at least 50-100 cold calls per day.
- Has professional phone communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Can build trust quickly over the phone with interested prospects.
- Is result oriented. We are looking for motivated self-starters who can hit the ground running.
- Someone who is goal-and service-oriented, curious, smart, articulate, attentive, and eager to learn.
Pay: Base Salary ($35,000 - $45,000), plus commissions on new business acquired (total compensation for a successful team member is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year)
