Roofing Sales Representative

As a Outside Sales Representative for Aqua Seal Storm Repair you will spend time with customers to determine their property improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. We are currently looking for a commercial & residential outside sales representative to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience
• Current drivers license and a good driving record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift and climb a ladder
• Must be self-motivated
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Works successfully without requiring close supervision

Responsibilities

• Arrive to appointments on time and presentable.
• Conduct door to door sales for additional commission.
• After greeting clients/prospective clients, explain the process in detail and proceed onto the roof to do a full roof assessment of its condition.
• Mark all areas of concern, snap clear photos and upload them to company database, as well as document all necessary repairs/replacement needs.
• Build and maintain a relationship with all clients throughout the process.
• Ensure clients are satisfied with our process from beginning to end.
• Follow a mandatory weekly sale requirement (Bonus pay options available for top performers)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
