Family owned for over 40 years, Rombauer Vineyards seeks a dedicated and passionate customer service professional to join the team at our dynamic, fast-paced Tasting Room in Saint Helena. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver capable of executing the highest level of customer service to guests.

We are seeking someone who shares our core values of teamwork, integrity and passion. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills and truly enjoy working with people. Needs to have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a very busy environment. Under the direct supervision of the Hospitality and Retail Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing world class customer service, promptly greeting all guests, and facilitating tasting room reservations.

This is a Full-time position. Candidates must be 21 years or older. Working weekends is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets and checks-in all visitors, with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Create daily schedules to ensure groups and wine hosts are distributed evenly
• Ensure all staff take their breaks on time
• Ability to make decisions quickly and work with flexible attitude
• Update reservation layouts in Tock to reflect current and future availability including holidays
• Work as part of a team to ensure that all customer emails, texts and phone messages are responded to in a timely manner
• Communicate day of reservation updates timely to front of house team via Teams/Slack/Text/Email and in person
• Assist with set up, break down, bussing, stocking and general tasting room operations as needed
• Assist in the facilitation of private large group visits, trade visits and guest tasting experiences
• Assists in creating and maintaining reservations for both Napa Valley and Sierra Foothills tasting room locations

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak clear and conciselyProficiency in Commerce 7, Red Chirp and Tock a plus.
• Windows Office Suite
• Must be 21 years or older.
