Responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible.

• Serve customers' needs by entering orders, credits and filling other varied requests.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner by phone, email and in person.
• Work directly with sales staff as support and other departments to provide the best service to our customers.
• Provide friendly informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Able to lift and carry avg 35 lbs. or more on more than an occasional basis. Ability to work in Warehouse office setting.
• Attend training and meetings to be able to provide current information regarding products and services to our customers in a timely manner.
• Contributes to the team by performing administrative tasks such as email, scanning, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a tidy work area.
• Also will include the Will Call duties and Front Desk coverage

Starting wage $17.50
Schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 8 - 5. May vary depending on business need.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6 months Foodservice Industry experience

Able to lift and carry avg 35 lbs. or more on more than an occasional basis while covering the Will Call function.

Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Preferred Qualifications
