If you are friendly and outgoing, enjoy talking with locals and tourists, are passionate about sustainability, and enjoy working in a small store environment sharing a wonderful, genuine, brand story, we’d love to talk with you.

Basic Function of Retail Sales Associate

Provides exceptional customer service, brand, and product knowledge in selling Sea Bags products and accessories.

Job Qualifications of Retail Sales Associate

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to seamlessly communicate and articulate company history and product information.
• Strong ability to listen and communicate thoroughly with customers, co-workers and others.
• Ability to efficiently use a point-of-sale system and IPad.
• Capable of working occasional long work periods to support the needs of the business.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing position.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
• A team player, Can-Do mindset – willing to jump in and support any needs when called upon.
