Ann Arbor's top Real Estate team is looking to add a Buyer's Agent. This is a great opportunity for the right person as it allows entry into the Real Estate business with no risk, no expense, a constant lead flow and constant mentoring and coaching from Martin Bouma. Must be familiar with the Ann Arbor area and must be prepared to obtain their Real Estate License. This position has a history of a 6 figure income. This person must be highly sociable, who draws energy from working with people, is optimistic, outgoing and has a strong sense of urgency.

This person must having the following skills:

- Excellent at building rapport

- People oriented

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good organizational skills

- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues

- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction-

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Willing to be held accountable to goals.

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $80,000.00 to $200,000.00+/year
