We are seeking to add qualified, motivated employees to our award-winning team in Pontiac, Illinois.

Sales Consultant

The salesperson is responsible for presenting new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and informative way that promotes a sale, and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction and repeat business. We offer complete training, family-friendly work hours, one of the best inventories in the area to sell from, an aggressive advertising program, and a fun, friendly working environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An outgoing, confident personality
• A strong desire to achieve monthly goals on an ongoing basis
• Excellent computer and technology skills (email, text, CRM, etc.)
• Previous sales experience (any industry; auto sales a plus)
