We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Our agency is seeking a Full-time Dynamic Sales Representative for our office in Castle Rock, Colorado. We are one of the largest insurance agencies in Colorado therefore you must be highly coachable, forward thinking, computer literate and professional in appearance to qualify. No insurance experience is required. We will train and educate the proper candidate.

Skills needed

• Great listener, trustworthy, and people whisperer
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
• Able to gain prospects from a cold start when necessary
• Ability to educate clients through stories and examples
• Ability to remain coachable and continue improving

Job Description

• Meet monthly sales goals
• Build relationships with new prospects by phone and networking
• Educate potential clients on the risk and gaps they may have in current coverage
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Set proper expectation for clients moving forward
• Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
