Scott Begley Allstate Insurance of Columbus, IN is hiring for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!
This is not your typical sales job. As a Licensed Agent, you will build your sales network engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community. These relationships will be obtained by working your own network of contacts, referrals, provided leads and other marketing strategies used by the agency. You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, and live a good life.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
- Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License; already possessing a license is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are welcome
- Life & Health Insurance license
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be goal driven, competitive and willing to follow our proven sales system in order to be a successful agent
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Willing to put in the work necessary to meet and exceed your own financial goals
- Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
- Apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor

- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
