Bay Power Solutions is a small, veteran owned business, celebrating 40 years. Seeking a detail-oriented individual with great communication and computer skills to assist our Power Generation sales team out of our Chesapeake location.

A background in Sales, Administration, or Engineering is preferred. At Bay Power Solutions, we design Generator Sets for Industrial Power needs in the Mid-Atlantic, serving hospitals, educational facilities, the military, and more.

This role is instrumental in keeping our Generator Sales Team up and running with projects over long sales cycles.

We are looking for a great communicator who can also maintain data in our CRM. This position’s duties are administrative with an opportunity to grow into an Outside Sales Position (potential to relocate to other Bay Power locations).

Responsibilities include:

o Support Project Management Processes

o Submittals Document Processing o Basic Inventory Management

o Attending weekly sales meetings

o Assisting 3-4 Outside Sales Reps throughout VA and WV

o Other duties

Background desired:

o Minimum of Associates Degree (Engineering field preferred)

o Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel; experience with Adobe Acrobat

o Ability to receive direction and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing

o Multi-tasking skills

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
