We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Center Associate to join our growing team and build a career for themselves in our company!

Customer Service / Center Associate Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of counter sales, retail, customer service or a related industry
• Prior experience at a UPS Store OR print environment like Officemax or Staples strongly preferred
• Ability to transition between fast and slow paced environments as our pace fluctuates
• Ability to multitask
• Computer skills are required
• Graphics background is a huge plus, but not required
• Notary is a huge plus, but not required

Customer Service / Center Associate Responsibilities:

• Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers and our leadership
• Working with customers through shipping issues and solutions
• Taking action to learn all the products and services offered
• Operating all our equipment, software, and devices
• Maintaining a clean work environment for all staff members

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
