As a Store Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company in the store and out in the community by providing outstanding customer service and developing relationships with new and returning customers. While in the store you will assist customers with all paint related needs, including recommending additional products. When out in the public, will be delivering products to customers using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre/post trip inspection on delivery vehicle

• Load vehicle and match products to customer paperwork for accuracy
• Transport and deliver paint and supplies from PPG to customers
• Complete delivery paperwork in a timely manner
• Greet and assess customer needs and offer solutions as they come into store
• Mix, tint and match paint to customer request
• Suggest and upsell additional useful products
• Ensure company vehicle and store are clean and well stocked
• Lift, move and stock paint and other store products safely
• Will use POS system to receive payments and cash out customers
• Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and that customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with an energetic, team orientated and creative mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license, with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
• Will work a consistent schedule, with store hours between 7am and 5pm Monday – Friday, 8am – 12pm Saturday and closed on Sunday, 40 hours per week
• Ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 40 – 60 pounds routinely
• Position requires ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reach routinely
• Basic computer and internet skills
