Great American RV SuperStores is looking for a hard-charging and enthusiastic individual to join our stellar team as a RV Sales Consultant at our upcoming mega-store in Helfin, Alabama! This dealership is conveniently located off of Interstate 20, 60 miles west of downtown Atlanta and will span over 30 acres to include premium brands such as Tiffin, Fleetwood, Jayco, Keystone, Heartland, Dutchmen, and many more. The facility will operate at a high level as it will also contain over 30 service bays to ensure we are able to provide a World Class Experience to our valued customers.

A Day in the Life as a RV Sales Consultant with Us: With over 1000 RVs in stock at any given time to sell, the sky is the limit for an RV Sales Consultant with us! On a typical day, you will help the customer locate/select their RV and options best suited to each customer’s needs, negotiate a clear and ethical sales closure and complete all sales documentation accurately. You will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions. You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with a 401K, health insurance, dental and vision.
Qualifications to be a RV Sales Consultant:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Sales experience with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent customer service focus
• High level of commitment
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Pay Information:

• Industry's Best Pay Plan - $80,000 - $150,000 Annually
• Guranteed Training Pay and Guranteed Pay During Grand Opening
• Experienced RV Sales Consultants Consistently Averaging 6 Figures
